The WhyWeLEAP Trauma-Informed Change Agent Institute is a three-part professional learning experience designed to help school-based teams move beyond awareness and into meaningful implementation.
Through a structured cycle of learning, reflection, application, and planning, participants build the knowledge, skills, and systems necessary to create sustainable trauma-informed change within their school community.
By the end of the institute, teams leave with practical tools, a clear implementation roadmap, and the confidence to lead trauma-informed practices that support students, staff, and families.
